The Intuitive Leadership Intensive is a facilitated practice group: nine live group sessions, a three-session Peer Input Process, and two individual sessions. It is delivered online to a cohort of eight to ten participants.

It is not therapy, not medical or psychological treatment, and not financial, legal or clinical advice. It is not a substitute for any of those. Participants stay responsible for their own decisions.

The program fee is $1,847 CAD + HST paid in full, or three payments of $633 CAD + HST ($1,899 CAD + HST in total). For the payment plan, the first payment is charged immediately at enrolment and secures your place. The second and third payments are charged automatically at one-month intervals from the initial payment date.

If a scheduled payment fails, the participant is notified and given 7 days to update their payment information and complete the payment.

If the payment is still outstanding after 7 days and they haven't contacted us to make an alternative arrangement, their access to ILI sessions and program materials is paused until the account is brought up to date.

The payment plan is an instalment option for the full program fee, not a month-to-month subscription, so participants remain responsible for the full $1,899 + HST once enrolled.

If someone contacts us within the 7-day period because of an unexpected circumstance, we can use our discretion about an alternative arrangement.

If someone changes their mind within 7 days of enrolling, and the program has not yet begun, they can cancel and receive a full refund.

After the 7-day cancellation window, enrolment is considered confirmed and payments are non-refundable. If they selected the 3-payment option, they remain responsible for the full program fee, including any remaining scheduled payments.

Once the program begins, all payments remain non-refundable.

ILI is a small cohort and each place is held for a specific participant.

If an exceptional circumstance significantly affects your ability to participate, speak to Sydney and something will be worked out.

Anyone who is unsure whether ILI is right for them is encouraged to have a conversation with Sydney before enrolling.

Sessions are live and attendance matters, but no part of the fee is contingent on it, and recordings are available for sessions you miss.

[TO CONFIRM] What happens to a participant's place if they stop attending entirely.

ILI live sessions may be recorded so participants can revisit sessions or catch up if they are unable to attend live. Participants will be informed that sessions are recorded and that their image, voice and contributions may appear in recordings made available to other members of their cohort.

Full cohort recordings will be available only to registered participants in that cohort, for six months after the final session of that cohort. After that, the full cohort recordings will be deleted and participant access will end.

Recordings and access links are for registered participants' personal use only and cannot be shared, forwarded, reproduced, published or distributed outside the cohort.

Participant workbooks and other program resources are treated separately and do not follow the same retention timeline.

Separate from the full cohort recordings, ILI may retain recordings or excerpts containing only Sydney's image, voice and teaching or content for ongoing or future use. These materials may be retained indefinitely.

Any recording or excerpt containing a participant's image, voice, name, personal contribution or other identifying information will not be retained or reused beyond the cohort recording retention period without that participant's separate permission.

Recordings are stored in Dropbox and shared with the cohort through a private link. They are reachable by Sydney Blum, Josh Litwin, and the participants of that cohort. See the Privacy page.

What participants share in sessions stays within the cohort. Enrolling means agreeing to hold what others share in confidence, and that applies to the recordings as much as to the live sessions.
