If you join the waitlist, you give your name and email address through a form. That form is hosted by GoHighLevel, and what you enter goes to them and to Sydney Blum. It is used to contact you about the Intuitive Leadership Intensive.

If you book a discovery call, the same applies to the booking calendar.

Nothing else on this page asks you for information.

This site uses Google Analytics 4, and only when it has been configured with a measurement ID. It records which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked. It is not used to identify you individually.

If you arrive from a link containing utm_ parameters, those are kept in your browser's session storage for the length of your visit and passed along to the waitlist form, so it is possible to see which post or email brought you here. They are cleared when you close the tab.

There are no third-party advertising trackers, no social media pixels, and no embedded fonts loaded from another company's servers. The typefaces are served from this site directly.

This section is about the program rather than the website, and is repeated in the Terms.

ILI live sessions may be recorded so participants can revisit sessions or catch up if they are unable to attend live. Participants are informed that sessions are recorded, and that their image, voice and contributions may appear in recordings made available to other members of their cohort.

Full cohort recordings are available only to registered participants in that cohort, for six months after the final session of that cohort. After that, the full cohort recordings are deleted and participant access ends.

Separate from the full cohort recordings, ILI may retain recordings or excerpts containing only Sydney's image, voice and teaching or content, for ongoing or future use. Those may be retained indefinitely.

Any recording or excerpt containing a participant's image, voice, name, personal contribution or other identifying information is not retained or reused beyond the cohort retention period without that participant's separate permission.

Recordings are stored in Dropbox. They are reachable by Sydney Blum, by Josh Litwin, and by the participants of that cohort, who receive them for their own personal use.

Cohort access is given through a private link rather than individual accounts. That link is shared only with the participants of that cohort, and it is not published anywhere — but anyone who is given the link can open it, so participants are asked not to forward it.

[TO CONFIRM] How to request a copy of what is held about you, how to have it deleted, how long it is kept, and the contact address for those requests. This section needs to satisfy PIPEDA, and GDPR if participants outside Canada are accepted.
