Peer Input: Inquiry & Reflection

Each participant brings a real question into a facilitated process built for inquiry rather than advice. As much happens through witnessing others as through your own turn.

What participants have noticed

  • Peer input sessions were fantastic and supportive. I appreciate the witnessing and the questions posed in order to further root the question or decision. It felt so powerful and potent, both as the asker and as the questioner.

The Peer Input Process

You bring a real question.

Each participant brings a question they are actually navigating.

Before your session, you and I meet one to one and spend time exploring what is underneath the question you think you are asking. Sometimes we find another question entirely. You have time to sit with it and make sure you feel good about where it's landing.

Then you bring it to the group.

The group listens. They ask reflective questions. They share what they notice. They do not tell you what to do.

And you do not have to respond.

You get to receive.

For women accustomed to facilitating, deciding, fixing, supporting and keeping everything moving, this is often a very different experience.

The process spans three sessions, and in previous cohorts it is where some of the most significant shifts have happened.
